How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  3. You will be redirected to our customer information page. You must complete the following information:

    • Name

    • Address

  4. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.

  5. Click the "Continue to Shipping Method" button. Verify that the shipping address is correct (if it is different from the billing address). When finished, click "Continue to Payment Method".

  6. You must enter your payment information. You have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing addresses are the same (if applicable).

  7. After completing the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be redirected to an order summary page and will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as a confirmation email.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect products are delivered?

If items are missing or incorrect products are delivered, please contact us at service@msicia.com. Provide your transaction number (order number) and send proof (the image file must be less than 1 MB). We will send you the correct item free of charge, and you will not need to return the incorrect item. You can keep it as a gift from us!

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.

I want to change the items I ordered. What should I do?

  2. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move the cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. What is your return and exchange policy?

Please refer to our return policy for information on how to return products. Our customer service team is available 24 hours a day. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier company you choose.

If, for reasons attributable to us, the products received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
