Terms of Purchase ("Terms of Purchase") govern your purchases of products and services available at msicia.com/ ("Company Pages" or "Pages"). The Company Pages are operated by msicia.com ("the Company"). Your use of the Company Pages and these terms is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY PAGES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARBITRATION AND THE WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION CLAIMS AS DESCRIBED IN THE "DISPUTE RESOLUTION" SECTION.

Order Handling

The Company may, at its discretion, choose not to process or may cancel your order. This may occur if the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock, incorrectly priced, if we suspect that the order is fraudulent, or under other circumstances that the Company considers appropriate. The Company also reserves the right, at its discretion, to take steps to verify your identity before processing your order. The Company will not charge you or will refund fees for orders that we do not process or cancel. This feature allows you to view pricing information for a product and add it to your shopping cart without opening the product page. The quick-view feature and the "Add to Cart" feature are provided solely for your convenience. The product page provides more detailed information about a product, its origin, features, and pricing.

Pricing Information

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for products and services on the Company Pages. However, we cannot guarantee that prices are completely accurate. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, not to process or to cancel an order for a product or service whose price has been incorrectly stated due to an error. If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email. In addition, the Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to correct any errors in the stated price.

Availability of Products and Services

The Company Pages may contain information regarding product availability. This information is used to estimate the likelihood that a product will be shipped immediately after your order. The estimated delivery date to your destination address for a product is approximately 30 days or less after your successful payment. This may vary due to lack of stock, bad weather, carrier transit time, destination address, etc. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that a product listed as "in stock" will be shipped immediately, as inventory levels may vary significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product or service may be available when a customer places an order but out of stock when the Company attempts to process the order. If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email. Out-of-stock service offerings are generally no longer available. If the Company discovers that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be removed from your order. The Company will notify you by email and remove the product from the Company Pages.

In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased through the website: (a) products and services purchased on the website may not include manufacturer warranties, even if a particular product or service is available elsewhere with a warranty; (b) they may not include service or support options; (c) they may not include instructions, manuals, or safety information in your native language or certain destination languages; (d) they may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) they may not comply with the voltage standards and other electrical standards in your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter). You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and other costs imposed by the authorities of the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including, but not limited to, sales or use taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or customs duties.
